Business software Helia covers all business activities that the company ‘Lav kompjuteri d.o.o.’ has developed during its long-term experience (since the year of 1987). All incoming-outgoing documents are recorded via registry books which are electronic archives at the same time, classified per kinds and types of documents (incoming bills, registry books of employees, outgoing bills, other documents). Accounting software meets RSS 33 (RSS – Accounting Software Standards) standards, and all areas are inter-connected and automated (financial accounting, foreign exchange accounting, inventory and material accounting, invoicing per types of documents, cash register operations, fixed assets, calculation of salaries). Main ledger and book journal are automated, and they classify business activities of incoming-outgoing documents, regardless of whether the purchase or sale is from the country or abroad. Formation of necessary accounting analytics in Serbian dinar and foreign currency (with foreign exchange accounting), tax books and balances (gross balance, balance sheet, balance of profit) is automated. By cancelling documents, bookings are automatically changed at all levels as prescribed by the legislator. The software provides the possibility of keeping costs per cost points of common affairs, retail, wholesale trade, fleet of vehicles (there is calculation of travel orders per driver and per vehicle). Invoicing of goods and services is automatically translated into English contents if the currency designation 978 is typed. Inventories can be kept at wholesale prices or at purchase prices. Communication links between retail and wholesale as well as data exchange is established in multi-layers according to previously defined hierarchy. Business partners are centralized regardless of where they first registered (wholesale, retail or at the company headquarters). Control of registry data and Tax ID No. is automated via NBS (NBS – National Bank of Serbia), which provides automated loading and entry of statements of account. Special attention is paid to managerial reports and monitoring of sales and sales reps individually in terms of invoiced and collected sales. Planning of purchase can be kept in a centralized way via the system if minimum and maximum inventories that are necessary for the planned turnover period are designated.
