Our users have support via e-mail address, by phone, and as remote-support communication software we use the licensed AnyDesk program.

Support is available every working day from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. except Saturdays and Sundays. User agreements can be conceptualized differently depending on the needs of the users (for example, bus stations working hours are 7 days from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.).

Support can be made by agreements for network, software and consulting services in the field of accounting and business organization. In some cases, the support is also provided by business software partners (during holiday seasons) that are contractually bound to the company 'Lav kompjuteri d.o.o.' and they use the same software platforms.

Every user, that is under the contract, has on his disposal landline phone numbers 00 381 15 319 065 and 00 381 15 319 066, and other 7 mobile phone numbers for required support. Each area is covered by many consultant programmers, thus you are not dependent on the time of just one consultant programmer.
